What a site survey report includes
• Site information: Name, address, contact person, and general site conditions like access and road conditions.
• Topographical and geographical data:
• Boundaries and elevations
• Slope and terrain features
• Soil and subsoil conditions, including load-bearing capacity
• Water table and water supply details
• Infrastructure and utilities:
• Existing underground and overhead utilities (water, gas, electricity, telecom)
• Power and cooling systems for IT projects
• Cable paths for wired networks
• Environmental and logistical details:
• Environmental conditions and potential hazards
• Availability of materials, equipment, and labor
• Accommodation for staff and banking facilities
• Project-specific details:
• For IT and networking, this includes planned equipment locations, wireless coverage, and power sources.
• For construction, this includes the feasibility and planning for building structures.
